People and horses can be best friends for a lifetime. Once you fall in love with this loving creatures, you’ll carry that passion until your last days. Marion Roberts had her first pony when she was 7-years-old and since then she has developed a unique love for horses.
Marion now is 95-years-old, but she still has the passion for riding and horses. She stays at Crossroads Hospice and recently she enjoyed her “Gift of a day”. This incredible old lady choose to visit the Warm Springs ranch and reunite with her biggest love-the horses.
The Warm Springs ranch is located in Bonville, MO and it has more than 70 Clydesdales. This ranch is the home of the Budweiser Clydesdales and they have made an exception for Marion to visit the horses. Until April they don’t make tours, but they could not refuse this amazing horse lover!
Her wish was to rub noses with the horses and feel their energy once again. As she said, these animals are emotional and they know what trust means. If they trust you, they will do anything for you, that’s why you should never betray or disappoint them.
